Sept. 12 @ 11:00 AM: The St. Paul Primary election is over. Now comes the
final leg. Andy and Craig will discuss issues and politics with the six City
Council Primary winners plus an update on the Instant Runoff Voting
Initiative to appear on the November 6th General Election ballot.
