Evidence of City of St.Paul Bogus "GasLeak" last Sun.15Mar09 at 693 Surrey Ave,St.Paul mn approx 1:30pm
Questions: Why should District Councils have keys to vacant buildings, denying xcel energy, police, sheriffs access? Gas Leaks without complaints,is a federal offense.
Thanks The real issue's is When,Why does the Dist. Council ie: Karen Depaul have keys to Vacant Buildings.
1992 the 3rd & Maria Blast, 6 persons diedCity of St. Paul, MN - Official Website - District Councils , Judge Kathleen Gearin, I was running for Mayor against Norm Coleman, In my heart I really believe that Blast was men for me
as everyday I would go to the Phonix Grocery Store at 8:30 am to buy the Paper....???
At least I got the evidence of Misuse of Fire Equipment, Police Call, when everyone left Xcel Energy pulled up, name Dean, he asked me what was going on.
He had to call Police to come back car 1086, to let Xcel in the House , Police came back
they do not have keys to Vacant Buildings. The Cop was nice, asked me where Karin Depaul was
and what her phone no. I said I do no know......
To protect myself, then got my Maddy Rottweiller, and we walked so the Cop and Xcel were my witness's.
I left camcorder in the House in case they would take it from me. Thank God Xcel Energy, Dean was on my side re: Vacant Buildings, now on Conway between Bates and Maria there are 3 Vacant Registered Bldgs, that had new roofs, windows, forgot your friends name, his duplex on Conway is left alone, I think he sold it?
Xcel shut the gas off outside......
Getting the evidence out
GOING ON TO THE REST OF THE AGENDA WITHOUT PUBLIC SCRUNITY, PLEASE NOTE AGAIN TODAY ON SURREY THE CITY EMPLOYEE IN A WHITE ITY VAN WAS STALKING THE BUILDINGS, AFFIANT WAS OUT RAKING, ASKED WHAT DO YOU WANT, THE DRIVER ON CELL PHONE, STATED "NOTHING" STALKING IS COSTLY
Implication of Stalking,Damage to Personal Property by Criminal Code MS609.748, must be submitted to the Grand Jury County Attorney or City Attorneys for Probable Cause, Saint Paul Bill of Rights Defense Committee
Agenda's Items 40 and 41 now at least decend to particulars, the issue of so many deleted assessments mandate CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY FOR MALFEASANCE,NONFEASANCE AND MISFEASANCE.
We are talking a lot of money Ilegally assessed, then Illegally ratified by the Executive branch the Mayor, on FRAUD.
THEREFORE: THE FEDS MUST TRIGGER AUDITS RE: 13 ON AGENDA
