COPA Struck Down

Stephanie Lenz used YouTube to share a 29-second video of her baby dancing to Prince's "Let's Go Crazy." Prince's label told YouTube to remove it. With EFF's help, Lenz is taking the company to court to prove copyright owners can't ignore fair use and free speech when sending takedown notices.

No Telecom Immunity!
